Come to the studio, learn some exercises, support your studio training ( you do need guidance until you get complete independenve) and
DO YOUR 10+ MINUTES A DAY HOMEWORK WITHOUT FAIL 🤩💪
I guarantee each time you do this you will discover something new - and just for fun PLEASE add on your arm circles - those back muscles do not need to be stuck together 😳🤪🙈
