Many people think they need to workout with Pilates for an hour at home to get significant benefit. Did you know that in as little as 10 minutes a day if you are consistent, you can get Stronger, more connected, and improve the function of your body ? Now who does not have a share 10 Minutes a day...?.

Pilates can become a lifestyle - ie you choose to look after your body all day long.


Where should I start?

Come to the studio, learn some exercises, support your studio training ( you do need guidance until you get complete independenve) and

DO YOUR 10+ MINUTES A DAY HOMEWORK WITHOUT FAIL 🤩💪


I guarantee each time you do this you will discover something new - and just for fun PLEASE add on your arm circles - those back muscles do not need to be stuck together 😳🤪🙈
