Booking Policy

By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to our policies.

Non-Transferable Credits

Class packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Grip Socks Required

For hygiene and safety grip socks are to be worn in all classes and are available for purchase in the studio.

Respectful Environment

Please silence your phone and leave in the kitchen.

If you need to be on call, please inform your instructor before class.

Child-Free Studio

For safety and the comfort of our customers, please do not bring your children to the studio during classes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class via the wix app or website/booking confirmation.

Late cancellations or no-shows result in a lost credit.

We do not accept cancellations by sms/phone.

If under exceptional circumstances a class is cancelled by the studio, your plan can be extended by one day.

Missed or client cancelled classes are not extended to remain fair to all our customers.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or external circumstances to our business.

Freezing of membership is possible for up to 3 months with a valid medical certificate.

Class Access

.All credits must be purchased in advance via our website or Wix app.

Expiry Dates Apply

All class packages have an expiration date. Please note your expiry date at purchase and use your clips before they expire.

Limhamn Pilates reserves the right to update these policies.

Your continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.

Please help our instructors and book your class latest 2 hours before class start time as some of our instructor have a distance to travel.

For Saturday classes please try to book latest Friday evening 21:00.
