STUDIO POLICY

• By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to the following terms:

• 1. Non-Transferable Credits – Class packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

• 2. Grip Socks Required – For hygiene and safety, grip socks must be worn in all classes. Available for purchase in the studio.

• 3. Respectful Environment – Please silence phones and leave them in the waiting room. If you need to be on call, inform your instructor before class.

• 4. Child-Free Studio – For safety and focus, children are not permitted in the studio during classes.

• 5. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class via the wix app or website/booking confirmation.

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in a lost credit. We do not accept cancellations by sms/phone.

• 6. No Refunds – We do not offer refunds for change of mind or external circumstances.

• 7. Class Access – Group classes are for ages 16+. All credits must be purchased in advance via our website or Wix app.

• 8. Expiry Dates Apply – All class packages have an expiration date. It’s your responsibility to use them before they expire.

• Limhamn Pilates reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

• Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
