Limhamn Pilates Instructors are educated and are passionate about teaching. 

Pilates has become such a big part of our lives for us, which gives us an extra glow to pass on the knowledge.

 

From the beginning, we used Pilates to strengthen our own bodies and we love to pass this on to your daily lives.

We teach you how to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness through training.

 

Our belief is that you will feel strong, stable and confident in your body and mind.

We engage with both beginners and experienced practitioners, people in need of rehabilitation or who want to reach new heights in their professional sports.

We examine each individual's range of motion and posture, which helps us understand and plan the training based on your personal needs and goals.

Personal training is one of the cornerstones of our philosophy.

The best way to get results fast and work your body deeper.

Limhamn Pilates private or Duo sessions are the most comprehensive Pilates sessions available. We select the best exercises and use up to a dozen original Pilates equipment to suit your body and your fitness level.

In one-on-one sessions we really get to know your body and its strengths and weaknesses and can design a tailor-made program that suits you.

If your body needs increased attention, with an outstanding level of training, you simply can't find a better workout.

We know that new things can seem a little scary. We do our utmost to make you feel safe and welcome with us!

As a new student, you have access to our all our classes, focusing on your body and where you are at.

 

This is a great way to start your Pilates journey.

With our experts and instructors on hand, you can experience at your own pace why Pilates is truly one of the most effective and successful forms of exercise on the market.

For those of you who are new, we recommend at least a PT intro plan, which allows us to understand your body, develop a tailored training plan and teach the technique correctly.

Semi-Private classes

Semi-private classes allow for tailored Pilates instruction and are a great way to stay motivated with a friend, partner or even teenager over 16.

Starting a new exercise regimen can be difficult and it is so much easier with a friend to hold you accountable.

They offer great value for money and results are seen faster than in group classes.

As with our private classes, we use a variety of our original Pilates equipment to vary the training and to help you achieve your individual health goals.

with small groups

Our small group classes with a maximum of 8 people are an excellent introduction to Pilates.

The group classes in Matwork, Tower, Circuits and more are suitable for different levels, both for beginners and advanced

Pilates practitioners, because in these classes we use variations of the exercises adapted to each individual's personal movement ability.

Our mat training is unique

because you use classic Pilates comfortable mats with handles and foot straps to

help you more easily connect

to your strength and stability.

Rehabilitation

If you are recovering from an injury, have other physical problems or have recently given birth, we can offer a gentle and tailored program that works with your limitations.


Physical therapists all over the world use Pilates as a proven form of rehabilitation.

Pilates has been proven to be an effective method, especially for reducing pain and movement limitations.

Pilates exercises can be modified for each person and still be effective. You can go from basic to advanced movements, depending on your needs and goals, as well as the severity of your injury.
