Limhamn Pilates – Studio Policies By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Please help instructors by booking 3 hours before class start Latest booking 2 hours before class start Non-Transferable Packages Grip Socks Required Child-Free Space Phone-Free Classes Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class starts to avoid losing your class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges. How to Cancel All cancellations must be made through the Wix app or our website. No Refunds Class credits and memberships are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or for circumstances beyond our control. Advance Booking & Payment All sessions (group or private) must be booked and paid for in advance on line. Expiry Dates on Class Credits All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
