The Pilates Tower is an extremely adaptable piece of Pilates equipment and can be used by both beginners and the advanced Pilates enthusiast to improve strength, flexibility and control througout the body.
At Limhamn Pilates we use Classic High mats, additional equioment with straps and handles to really get your entire body working.
Tower offers many springs and bars with different placements, allowing legs, arms and torso to work directly against the spring resistance.
