Faith has taught her signature 'Pilates Old School' open circuits for over 8 years and its always loved by her customers. This is a strength building class and a lot of fun. For the more experienced body you receive freedom to practice in an open studio what you have learnt, the newer student can be both inspired and encouraged by you. Faith is always watching often with 'the eyes in the back of her head' in this class observing absolute safety and precision in all exercises. We have a lot of fun in circuits. This class is included in Clip Plans & our Gold & Platinum monthly memberships (Basic membership is not included)

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class as not to disturb an earlier class. Late cancel Group training: 8 hours 1:1 2:1 Personal training: 2 hours Class clip withheld for a no show.
