The sequence builds intelligently with foundational exercises at the start and more complex exercises as you gain strength and control.

Our focus is on the entire person - body, mind and spirit, which makes it a great holistic training practice that refreshes the mind as well as the body.

Working with all these components makes it a powerful training system.


The transitions between are exercises are also important and it’s why its necessary to keep the flow of the class moving - ultimately you canf find 'one seamless flowing exercise' throughout the class.

Its a flow state in itself, it’s fluid and its efficient
