Join our new Postpartum Pilates classes for both mums and babies! This class is specifically designed for the postpartum body. We work on our pelvic floor and gently rebuild our core muscles. We try to reduce the abdominal gap and strengthen our upper and lower back to prevent back pains, shoulder tightness and neck tensions. The aim is to return to our pre-pregnancy body or make it even stronger. Stretching and breathing exercises and exercises of a better mobility completes the program. And the best: we do this with our babies next to us! This is a great way to spend time with your baby, exercise and meet other new mums and babies too! Suitable for those 6 weeks post natural delivery, or 12 weeks post caesarean delivery. Babies are warmly welcome to attend until they are mobile or crawling away. More info: www.limhamnpilates.se
