STUDIO POLICY By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Please help instructors by booking 1 day before class start LAST BOOKING TIME: 3 hours before class Non-Transferable Packages Grip Socks Required Child-Free Space Phone-Free CANCELLATION: latest 24 hours, after which time class clip witheld. REPEATED NO SHOWS: Can lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges. HOW TO CANCEL: All cancellations must be made through the Wix app or our website. We do not offer refunds Class credits and memberships are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or for circumstances outside the business ADVANCE BOOKING & PAYMENT All sessions (group or private) must be booked and paid for in advance on line. EXPIRY DATES ON CLASS PLANS All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
