STUDIO POLICY By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Please help instructors schedules by booking 1 day before class start We do our best to ensure classes run. Grip Socks are required and are for sale in the studio. Mobile & child free space to ensure customers comfort. CANCELLATION: latest 24 hours, after which time class clip witheld. Repeated no shows can lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges. HOW TO CANCEL: All cancellations must be made through the Wix app or our website. Class credits and memberships are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or for circumstances outside the business. ADVANCE BOOKING & PAYMENT All sessions (group or private) must be booked and paid for in advance on line. EXPIRY DATES ON CLASS PLANS All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
