OPEN MATWORK

Join our open Pilates Matwork class to build strength and flexibility in your body in a larger group. At least 1 private class is recommended if you are a beginner.

Pilates is one of the best forms of pregnancy workouts. It focuses on low impact strengthening exercises, with an emphasis on stabilising the joints and strengthening the deep transverse abdominal muscles, which can help manage common pregnancy-related aches and pains. The exercises for a conscious breathing help to reduce stress and to connect with your body and your baby and are a perfect preparation for giving birth.
