NEW: Practice Your Matwork with Faith Matwork is one of the essential parts of the Classical Pilates system, yet it’s often the class people skip. We would love more of our community to experience the strength, freedom, flow, and connection that regular mat practice can bring. This is your chance to move, sweat, let go of overthinking, and simply enjoy the practice. 150 SEK per class / 1 clip Available until the end of Week 28 Come along, bring your energy, and help us build a stronger matwork community at Limhamn Pilates. Level: Intermediate Open Pilates experience essential, we move a lot in 30 minutes, prepare to sweat ;)

STUDIO POLICY By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to our terms on our pricing page. We do not extend or refund plans for circumstances outside our business. Please help instructors schedules by booking at least day before class start where possible. Grip Socks are required and are for sale in the studio. Mobile & child free space to ensure customers comfort. HOW TO CANCEL: We have a late cancellation policy of 24 hours. You must cancel in the app or web latest 24 hrs in advance. With late cancellationclass 1 clip is withheld. EXPIRY DATES ON CLASS PLANS All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
