As well as Reformer Pilates circuits we offer Reformer classes of max 4. In this class you receive more Reformer time in a small group combined with classic Pilates Matwork. This is a strength building class and a lot of fun. For the more experienced body you receive freedom to practice in an open studio what you have learnt, the newer student can be both inspired and encouraged by you. Faith is always watching often with 'the eyes in the back of her head' in this class observing absolute safety and precision in all exercises. We have a lot of fun our small groups with the customers progression at the forefront of our guidance. This class is not included in Clip Plans & memberships.

Limhamn Pilates has an 8 hour cancellation on groups and 24 hour on PT/Duo. You may cancel with no charge up to 8 or 24 hours before your appointment by signing into your account on our website or app. If you need to cancel within 8 hours-groups or 24 hours-PT / Duo your class will be deducted from your package. Please sms 0737 526000 to cancel so the instructor does not wait for you. Please note free classes have 24 hour late cancellation, late cancellation or a no show will be invoiced at 199kr. Please do not wear zips on your clothes or hewellery as this can damage our equipment.
