This is a class for our experienced customers who are happy to work through their own programme.
SERVICE
Take your training to the next level and own your workout in an old style Pilates Gym, its fun, you take more accountability and learn to own your own workout mind body & soul. This is a class where you individually work with your own program at your own pace. There is an instructor present for guidance, but this is not an instructor led class. Requirement: 1-3 PT classes with Faith to set and learn your program. Please book your first PT so we can set your goals & programme.
COMING CLASSES
No ZIPS on clothing or JEWELLERY to be worn when training as these can damage our equipment. LATE CANCEL GROUPS: 8 HOURS PT: 24 HOURS FREE NEW CUSTOMER CLASSES: 24 HOURS In case of late cancellation or no-show on ALL group classes: class clip witheld or SEK 249 will be charged. This also applies on all FREE classes. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class, as there can be a class in progress. We sometimes take pictures and videos for our marketing with discretion. If you would not like to be in our creatives, please let us know at the start of your class. We try to not show your face close up.
