Join PILA-TEES’ Classic Pilates Studio Intro Workshop on Saturday, 26th October, from 14:00 - 15:30 for an enriching experience that will transform your Pilates practice. 🤗Whether you’re a new customer or an existing one looking to deepen your skills, this workshop is designed to give you hands-on experience with the Mat, Tower, Magic Circle, and Reformer depending on numbers. 🤗You’ll learn how to get more out of each exercise in group classes, enhancing your body awareness and technique. 🤗After the session, relax and enjoy a delightful afternoon tea with English tea and cakes served by Faith. 🤗Limited spaces are available, so register now for only 499kr to ensure your spot!

Limhamn Pilates has an 8 hour cancellation on groups and 24 hour on PT/Duo. You may cancel with no charge up to 8 or 24 hours before your appointment by signing into your account on our website or app. If you need to cancel within 8 hours-groups or 24 hours-PT / Duo your class will be deducted from your package. Please sms 0737 526000 to cancel so the instructor does not wait for you. Please note free classes have 24 hour late cancellation, late cancellation or a no show will be invoiced at 199kr. Please do not wear zips on your clothes or hewellery as this can damage our equipment.
