If you have gained independence in your training and want to practice your program learned in your PT or Semi Private group this is for you. The Instructor is present in the studio and the training is without supervision. We strongly recommend you train at a level under that with which you are guided in your PT or Semi Private group for your absolute safety. All exercises are done at y our own risk. Joining our Pilates Gym you agree to only do exercise which you know thoroughly and where you are confident you are not at risk of injury. Limhamn Pilates does not hold any liability.

Avbokningspolicy

This policy ensures that Limhamn Pilates can continue to offer a variety of options for Pilates training at various price points. Please read our new Terms & Conditions as updated 24 February 2023 at www.limhamnpilates.se/studio-policy. All Purchase and booking is an agreement to all our terms and condition. I understand that payments are non-refundable, and plans and gift certificates expire after the period stated at purchase. All amounts include VAT (0%) and refer to payment in SEK currency. The agreed price assumes that payment takes place in the agreed manner. Cancellation: Must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked group class. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full price or the class or clipp is witheld. Private training PT: To book email us at info@limhamnpilates.se or phone 0737 526000 Personal training must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the booked time. In case of late cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
