Discover how proper posture can enhance your health and appearance, and change your life. Bad posture can lead to structural problems, weat muscles and chronic pain. Weak muscles fail to support the rib cage, placing a burden on the lower back. Sedentary work often results in a rounded back, and shoulfers, tech-nick and pain in different parts of the body. Since much of your life is spent sitting, it's crucial to address these posture issues. Improve Breathing and Circulation: Enhance your respiratory efficiency and blood flow. Reduce Neck and Back Pain: Lower the risk of discomfort and pain in these areas. Support Internal Organs: Maintain the correct positioning of your internal organs. Limhamn Pilates has an 8 hour cancellation on groups and 24 hour on PT/Duo. You may cancel with no charge up to 8 or 24 hours before your appointment by signing into your account on our website or app. If you need to cancel within 8 hours-groups or 24 hours-PT / Duo your class will be deducted from your package. Please sms 0737 526000 to cancel so the instructor does not wait for you. Please note free classes have 24 hour late cancellation, late cancellation or a no show will be invoiced at 199kr. Please do not wear zips on your clothes or hewellery as this can damage our equipment.
