40+ Ballet Course Limhamn With Jeannette Location Strandgatan 23 Limhamn, 2 minutes walk from Limhamns Fiskrökeri Designed for those over the age of 40! (younger is also ok..) No former training needed. Starts Tuesday 28 January 10 Class course 1,799kr starts Tuesday 28th January Ballet for Adults can reverse the signs and feelings of ageing! It improves posture, memory, and balance! No previous experience needed, buts some form of dance training can help. Above all it’s a lot of fun! Jeanette brings a lovely warm playful nature to her structured 40+ Adult Ballet classes. The concept is simple: we do a short standing meditation, a ballet barre, port de bras, stretch, move across the floor and then end with an elaborate curtsey! Jeannette taught Adult Ballet classes in Scotland for four years, to over 100 students from 40-75 years of age. She is now teaching Adult Ballet for those over the age of 40 at Limhamn Pilates. Please sms 0737 526000 to cancel so the instructor does not wait for you. Please note free classes have 24 hour late cancellation, late cancellation or a no show will be invoiced at 199kr.
