SARAH WILSON
Sarah Wilson is a certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher who has practiced yoga for over a decade.
Her passion is to guide and hold space for her yogis to explore their bodies, minds and hearts through movement and breathe.
Sarah's cöasses will be easy to follow with flowing movements that generate heat and flexibility. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, there will be something for everyone and you will leave her classes feeling energised and relaxed.
